Overview
We are seeking a skilled contract videographer to partner with our in-house marketing team to create monthly video content from July through November 2025. We want to elevate our brand presence across social, web, digital advertising, and B2B outreach with cinematic, story-driven content and compelling product-focused videos.

Alltru Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative dedicated to helping our members achieve their financial dreams. Serving the Greater St. Louis area, including St. Charles County, St. Louis County, and the City of St. Louis. We aim to produce a series of engaging, informative, and authentic videos that resonate with our target audience and reflect our commitment to financial empowerment. Our marketing and business development efforts serve both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) audiences, with an emphasis on high-quality, authentic, and cinematic storytelling.
Project Goals
• Enhance brand awareness and engagement among young adults aged 24–28.
• Educate viewers on financial topics relevant to their life stages.
• Showcase Alltru’s community involvement and member-focused services.
• Encourage viewers to consider Alltru for their banking needs.
• Highlight our value to businesses or employer partners.
Target Audience
• Age Group: 24–28 years old
• Location: St. Charles County, St. Louis County, and the City of St. Louis
• Interests: Financial literacy, community involvement, digital banking solutions
Deliverables
Each month, the contractor will produce:
• One (1) 30-second video (Delivered in both 16:9 and 9:16 formats)
• One (1) 15-second video (Delivered in both 16:9 and 9:16 formats)
• Three (3) TikTok/Reel-style videos

• Detailed briefs for each month’s theme
• Guidance on target demographics and messaging
Brand Guideline Notes
• Use Alltru’s official colors, fonts, and logos.
• Ensure all content aligns with Alltru’s mission and values.
• Maintain consistency across all video formats.
Other Requirements
• Creative Direction & Planning: Collaborate with our marketing team on monthly video concepts, storyboarding, and messaging.
• Filming: On-site shooting and filming in the St. Louis area
• Editing & Post-Production: Includes licensed music, motion graphics as needed, and captions/subtitles.
• File Delivery: High-resolution master files and optimized versions for social platforms.
• Usage Rights: All footage and final edits to be owned by the credit union for unlimited future use.
• Pricing Confirmation: Agreement to $2,000/month total fee, inclusive of pre-production, shooting, editing,
on-site shooting and delivery.

Interested contractors should submit:
• A portfolio showcasing links to recent work, especially storytelling and product-focused content.
• A brief proposal outlining your approach to the project with an outline of your creative and production process
• References or testimonials from previous clients
• Equipment List: Camera, lighting, audio gear, editing software.
• Availability: Confirmation of availability for the full July–November 2025 period.
