Help Shape One of St. Louis’ Most Respected Home Brands

Mosby Building Arts is looking to add an experienced Creative Lead to its in-house team.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves both design and problem solving — someone equally comfortable developing campaign ideas, shaping brand storytelling, directing content, and jumping into execution across print, digital, social, video, and experiential touch points.

You’ll work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer as a key creative partner, helping translate strategy into compelling, effective marketing while bringing consumer-focused thinking and new ideas to the table. The right person will be a strong communicator and multi-tasker who enjoys being part of a close-knit, idea-driven team.

The title is TBD depending on the right fit. Art Director, ACD, Creative Director. What matters is that you can concept at the top and execute at the detail level, and that you care about doing it for a brand that genuinely changes how people feel about where they live.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute creative across a wide range of channels and formats — digital, social, print, video, direct mail, environmental, events, branded materials, and more
• Partner closely with the CMO on campaign development, brand storytelling, and creative strategy
• Help shape creative concepts and messaging that connect with homeowners and drive business results
• Collaborate with internal team members and external partners on integrated campaigns and content
• Own and evolve brand standards so everything looks and feels like Mosby
• Bring curiosity, initiative, and fresh ideas to the creative process

What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years of experience in an agency, in-house, or hybrid creative environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design, campaign thinking, and multi-channel creative work
• Excellent design, layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to move comfortably between concepting and execution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in home, lifestyle, architecture, design, or adjacent categories is a plus — but not required
