We’re a 25-year-old branding and design agency that’s grown a thriving digital marketing practice. Our clients are mostly B2B companies who need smart, strategic paid media, particularly LinkedIn ads, to reach decision-makers and drive real business outcomes.
We need someone who lives in ad platforms, loves optimizing campaigns, and can manage 10-15 LinkedIn ad accounts without breaking a sweat.
What you’ll do:
- Own day-to-day execution of LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B clients across industries
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns—audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, the works
- Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with our Digital Director on strategy and account managers on client goals
- Report on results in ways that actually mean something to clients (not just vanity metrics)
- Stay sharp on LinkedIn’s platform changes, ad formats, and B2B best practices
You’re a fit if:
- You’ve run LinkedIn ad campaigns (or similar B2B paid media) and know what actually works
- You’re comfortable managing multiple accounts and prioritizing like a pro
- You can explain campaign performance to non-technical people without dumbing it down
- You’re detail-oriented but not precious—you move fast and iterate
- You like autonomy but also collaborate well with strategists and account teams
Nice to have:
- 2-4 years in paid media (agency experience is a plus)
- Experience with other platforms (Meta, Google) even if LinkedIn is your focus
- Familiarity with analytics tools beyond the ad platforms themselves

Salary: $60-70K depending on experience
