We’re looking for a full-time Sr. Art Director to help shape brand design and below-the-line shopper campaign development, focused primarily on our alcohol portfolio inclusive of High Noon. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone with deep experience in CPG below-the-line materials development. You’ll report to our Creative Team lead and play a key role in developing creative from concept through final art, mechanicals, and production-ready delivery. We’re looking for someone with strong ideas, strong taste, and strong follow-through — someone who can imagine unexpected concepts, create compelling work, present it clearly, and help elevate the quality of what goes out the door. You should be ready to bring authority to the work, influence the creative standard around you, and serve as a trusted creative partner to account, strategy, and clients
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
• Concept and design packaging, shopper marketing, point-of-sale, retail display, promotions, PDP/ e-commerce, and retail media.
• Own visual development across key alcohol and CPG accounts from concept through final art, mechanicals, and production-ready files.
• Present creative work clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams, explain rationale, absorb feedback well, and know when to push for a stronger outcome.
• Partner closely with account and strategy teams to keep the work rooted in shopper behavior, channel realities, and commercial goals.
• Design for real retail conditions, including retailer specs, display footprints, print production requirements, and channel-specific adaptations.
• Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, strategists, account leads, production partners, photographers, and retouchers to build integrated creative systems that hold together across touchpoints.
• Contribute to the agency’s creative bar by bringing sharp references, strong visual judgment, and a clear point of view on what makes work feel current, dierentiated, and right for the category.
• Use emerging creative tools, including AI-enabled workflows, with good judgment — speeding up exploration or production where helpful while keeping the thinking and taste firmly human.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
– 6–9 years of experience in art direction, brand design, or graphic design, with a portfolio weighted toward alcohol, beverage, or CPG work.
– Strong portfolio examples across packaging design, shopper marketing, retail display, POS, PDP/e-commerce, promotions, or branded retail environments.
– Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
– Strong command of typography, layout, composition, and visual systems.
– Experience developing final art, production art, mechanicals, and print-ready files for retail, packaging, or point-of-sale environments.
– Experience designing for alcohol, beverage, spirits, beer, wine, RTD, or premium CPG brands is strongly preferred.
– Strong conceptual instincts paired with meticulous execution. You can think at the system level and still care about the smallest details.
– A sharp feel for shopper behavior — what earns attention, what clarifies choice, and what helps a brand stand out in crowded retail and digital environments.
– Comfort in a client-facing role. You communicate well, present with confidence, and translate feedback into stronger creative.
– A collaborative, low-ego approach. We want someone who raises the level of the work and is good to build with.
– Working knowledge of AI-enabled creative tools is a plus, especially if you use them thoughtfully and selectively.
